Types of massage
Relaxation massage
This massage focuses on physical relaxation and loosening up the nervous system through fluid and enveloping techniques. Relaxation massage is ideal for relieving daily stress, offering a moment of calm and serenity. The session includes the use of essential oils to promote complete relaxation.
Therapeutic massage
This massage is specifically designed to target areas of tension or particular muscle and joint pain. It incorporates advanced intramuscular manipulation techniques to release deep-tissue tension. The session also includes the use of essential oils and a muscle balm according to your needs.
Sports massage
This massage targets muscles stressed by intense physical exercise, and aims to relieve muscle tension, improve flexibility and prevent injury. Before or after physical activity, sports massage optimizes performance and supports muscle regeneration. Ideal for active people, whether you're an athlete or an amateur.
Prenatal massage
This massage for pregnant women offers many benefits, both physical and mental. It helps relieve back and muscle pain often present during pregnancy, improves circulation, reduces tension and promotes better sleep. In order to receive a massage, a minimum of 13 weeks of pregnancy must be completed. (In the case of high-risk pregnancies, it is advisable to obtain your doctor's consent before making an appointment).
Thai massage on table
Thai massage is a traditional form of massage that combines pressure, stretching and joint mobilization techniques. Inspired by traditional Thai medicine, it aims to restore the body's energetic balance. This treatment benefits posture and quality of life by promoting ease of body and movement.
Maderotherapy (body contouring)
Maderotherapy is a body sculpting treatment that uses carved wooden tools to apply pressure and movement to different areas of the body. This technique of Oriental origin is often used to reduce cellulite, promote blood circulation, drain toxins and tone the skin. By stimulating the subcutaneous tissues, maderotherapy also helps to relax the muscles and improve the overall appearance of the skin, offering a sculpting and relaxing effect (Please note: no insurance receipts can be issued for this treatment).
